that pre-owned items are guaranteed to work but many do
not include a box or instruction manual.

is a title released? If the title is not listed
on the site then we do not have any information
regarding that item. We add titles to our site as soon
as we receive information from the manufacturer. Please
note the manufacturer provides any changes made to the
release date to us. We will ship the pre-release items
on the release date.
