FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions Return to Home Page

I have not received my order.
LabelGames.com provides several handling options for our customers' selection;
USA Ground delivery is 3-5 business days
USA 2-Day delivery is 2 business days
USA Overnight delivery is 1 business day
USA PO Boxes Delivery is 3-5 business days
International Economy delivery is 3-5 business days
APO/FPO delivery to a military center is 2-5 business days

Occasionally due to carrier delays, delivery can take longer. Keep in mind that in some cases, the authorization process can take up to 24 hours before your order is shipped. Please Contact Us if you do not receive your package by the expected time of delivery so we can help to retrieve your order.

My items are faulty or have been damaged in transit.
Please Contact Us for an RMA# (Return Authorization Number). We will email or give you the return instructions. As soon as we receive the defective item, we will either send a replacement or refund your card.

Billing Process
In most cases we do not bill your account until your order ships. However, we do verify the information and there is a temporary authorization hold placed on your account for all order attempts to verify that the information provided is accurate and that funds are available. During peak holiday times, you may be billed the day before your order ships to guarantee that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Pre-Owned Items.
Please note that pre-owned items are guaranteed to work but many do not include a box or instruction manual.

When is a title released?
If the title is not listed on the site then we do not have any information regarding that item. We add titles to our site as soon as we receive information from the manufacturer. Please note the manufacturer provides any changes made to the release date to us. We will ship the pre-release items on the release date.

International Customers

I have ordered the wrong product or the wrong platform.
Please contact us to receive an RMA#(Return Authorization Number). We will e-mail or give you return instructions for the unopened item. Once the item is scanned into our warehouse, we will be able to refund your card.

I have received duplicates in my order.
Please contact us to receive an RMA#(Return Authorization Number). We will e-mail or give you return instructions for the unopened duplicate item.

Do you carry this game?
If the product you are looking for is not listed on our site then we are either out of stock on the item or we do not carry the item.
